Simple, honest pricing

A contact is any person you explicitly add to Goodword. We do not automatically import your entire address book or scan your inbox for addresses. You add people when you decide a relationship is worth tracking, whether that is a new connection from a conference, a potential investor, or a candidate you want to stay warm with.

On the Professional and Teams plans, Goodword reads threads involving contacts you have explicitly added to your relationship graph. It does not scan your full inbox, does not read emails to people not in your graph, and never uses your email content to train models. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings.

Yes. Monthly plans cancel immediately with no penalty. Annual plans cancel at the end of the billing period. When you cancel, your data stays accessible on the Starter plan (up to 100 contacts). You can export all your relationship data at any time from account settings.

When you reach 100 contacts on the Starter plan, Goodword will prompt you to upgrade or archive some contacts to free up space. Archived contacts retain all their history and can be restored at any time. You will not lose data or be charged automatically.

The Teams plan requires a minimum of two seats and is currently available by request. Each seat includes a 21-day trial period. Use the Request access button above and we will follow up the same day to set up your team workspace.

On the Teams plan, you control which contacts are shared with the team graph and which remain private. Relationship notes are private by default. Shared contacts show team members the last-contact date and relationship strength, but not the content of personal notes unless you explicitly choose to share them.
